I haven't been on LJ since...6 months ago! Wow. And guess what? Freshman year is over. I remember getting LJ last year to meet Tufts people and all of a sudden, I'm officially a rising sophomore?! Whoa. It's been a good year. GREAT year. Met so many wonderful people, learned so many things (oh yes. a whole year of college teaches you a whooole lot. haha.), drank a lot, partied more than ever, and almost failed in a couple of classes. Hahahaha. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed freshman year. I can't wait to get back in the fall where we'll be kickin off next year with International Orientation for the new bunch. I'm a host advisor - and for those who knows what IO's all about....you should know how great of a position that is. Heehee. My dog Tina passed away in January though, I wish I was here with her during her last moments. She was my best friend, my most loyal listener, and the greatest pet any family could ever have.

Anyway, it's summer again and I'm trying to do something meaningful for myself. Let's hope the music thing works out. This time for real. :) Who knows when I'll be updating again - so I wish you all a happy, fun-filled, sexy summer. Yes, sexy.

I know, I haven't updated in the longest time. For a while, I really did forget about the existence of this journal. SO I'm here at Tufts. I'm officially a college student in the US. Wahaha. Life is great over here, except that we get a lot of work and the sleep-deprivation that I've been suffering from in the past 2 months had finally beat me down with a flu virus that seems like it's never gonna go away, an eye infection on both my eyes, and nose-bleeds that occur every 3 hours or so. Yeah, so that's not all that great. Overall, college life is pretty damn awesome although I miss home a lot. The clubbing, the food, the convenience of living with the 'rents...

I want winter break to come NOW...................

I wanna be healthy dammit. Coughing is giving me chest pains. I wanna start wearing my contacts and eye-makeup again. ARGH.

Hmm I really miss the orientation days..actually no, I miss the PRE-orientation days. IO (International Orientation) was a blast. I loved every moment of it. :D Teehee. But it flew by way too fast. I might apply to be a host advisor next year, just to go through it all over again(and to meet more ppl of course). Alright it's almost 4am and I'd just waken up (I don't have classes on Fridays)...perhaps I should do some work. I have a 20-paper to write for my Western Political Thought take-home midterm this weekend. BLAH. BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!

Is anyone as excited as me about Tufts? Eeeeeeeeeee I can't wait!! One of the best things about going to college is definitely the SHOPPING. I got an 20GB iPod the other day and I'm getting a new laptop tomorrow! I still need to buy more clothes hehehe. :)

Wow. I haven't updated in a while - almost a month! Now that's just scary. I'm enjoying summer as much as I can, except for studying the road codes for my driving test. WOOOO I hope I get my license! =D I'm sooo so soooo excited about going to college. 5 more weeks till I leave this place and 6 weeks till I'm actually AT Tufts! Can you believe that? It's going to be SO fun. I have so much Jumbo Pride already. Elephants have become my favorite animal, I even started liking Dumbo! Just because. 0:oP Who's done that mandatory online alcohol program thingy? It looks very long + dull so I don't plan to start it anytime soon. Blah. I mean, come on, I drink and I'm responsible. I drink very often and I know my limits. Enough said, I'm all set for college. =P

Clubbing is still fun, but I haven't been going out as much lately. I seriously think that I'll have clubbed enough by the time school starts so I won't be clubbing as often in college like I have been. Perhaps that's a good thing. Maybe I should tell my parents that, because they are worried that I'll party too much next year as I've been partying like crazy this summer. Anyways, my hair is now permanently wavy. I'll post up some new pics when I take some. =) Until then, have fun and be safe! <3

Wow this is looking hectic...going clubbing on Wednesday(Ladies' Night), Friday(friend's 21st), and Saturday(there's a huge party called "SO so WET") haha. My dad said I always have many excuses when it comes to clubbing. =P Well the legal age is 18(I know, it's PARADISE lol!) over here so why not? I might as well party as much as I can with my friends until college starts because it'll probably take some time before I can get a decent fakie to use when I get to Boston.

Oh yeah, I think I'm going to have the coolest roomie...that is, if Tufts do put me and Dils together! ;) YAY!!

I'm SO into spas, facials, manicures/pedicures, massages, and hair treatments lately. I love being a girly-girl so much that I even became a member at this really awesome SPA place today HAHA. I wonder just HOW some of those people on the Tufts 2008 Connection forum would think I'm a boy. Hmm. So I haven't written here in a while...because I never get comments so it's not very motivating for me to update all the time lol. =( Boohoo.

Anyone heard of Joss Stone? She's a 17 y/o caucasian girl from the UK and she sings with so much SOUL it's crazy(and keep in mind that she was only about 15 when she recorded those songs on her album "The Soul Sessions"). Incredible. AMAZING. o_O YOU GUYS GOTTA CHECK HER OUT! I wish I was born with a set of pipes like Joss'...along with Alicia Keys' talent. :D

Whatever happened to Lauryn Hill? An unplugged album just won't do as a 2nd album! Hmm. At least I have Angie Stone, Sunshine Anderson, Joss Stone, and Eric Benet to live on for now.

I'M SO HUNGRY. I want fooooooooooood.

Wow, it's been a while since I last updated. Not really. But yeah, it's JUNE! Can you believe this? It feels like it was just yesterday when we were all partying away on New Year's Eve(and feeling extremely guilty because I hadn't finished all my apps by then LOL). And BAM! It's been half a year since the chaotic college application process. I really can't wait to be an official student at Tufts in the fall...haha y'all feelin' that Jumbo Pride? I haven't received ANY mailings from Tufts though, not even a sticker! Boohoo. International snail mail sucks like what. >:o( Anyways, it's the weekend and my dad's outta the country. Uh, do I hear PARTY?! Haha. I'll be heading off to one of my favorite clubs here in Taiwan - PLUSH - in about 2 hours(Damn. I've been going there like at least twice a week for the past month!). I called basically everyone on my cell phone address book(well, except for my parents) to tell them all to come clubbing with us tonight. We got VIP tables too! xD It's gonna be great I know it...well, I hope you guys are enjoying your weekend as well.

Remember, it's SUMMER, so party up!

OMG. Working at Lush can be SO amusing sometimes(yes, I sell soaps). Today this thirty-something-almost-forty man walked in with a lady who's, I'm guessing, in her late twenties. They looked like they were together, as in they looked very close(they weren't holding hands, though). The girl was flirting and baby-talking the whole time...and all of a sudden I overheard her saying, "Maybe you should get one of those bath bombs for your wife. It's good to be romantic once in a while."

He was like, "Nehhh."

I really wasn't eavesdropping. I was just standing near them in case they needed assistance.

...after all these years...I FINALLY got myself a LiveJournal. Can't even believe it myself. The name "NillaValley" was formed in a really random way. Don't even ask. At least I kind of like how it sounds. :D Blah - I have way too many online journals/diaries already though. They eat away my time.

I'm still trying to figure this thing out. I'll take some time later this week to pretty it up and all that.
